Product Description
Replacement Standard (non-solar) Transmitter for WH1081, WS1081, WS1083, WS1093, WS2073, WS2083. Compatible with models:
- WH1081
- WS1083
- WS1093
- WS2083
Please note this transmitter is not compatible with code 7, 7B and A7B transmitters (the code can be found inside the battery compartment of your current transmitter).
This item is sourced and shipped from New Zealand. Shipping will take a minimum of 5-10 days, and may be subject to being held at customs. Due to the value of of the part, we are required to charge VAT on our store. In theory, this means that it will not be subject to extra duty charges, but we cannot accept any responsibility if HMRC do attempt to do this.

Needed to replace

The product is just great and it is working perfectly, keep up the good work.
Excellent service, my old transmitter was using batteries every two weeks. Thank goodness we can buy spare parts for a very decent price.

Weather station working again

My weather station stopped transmitting and after changing the batteries and checking the connections I realised it must be the transmitter that was not working. Received replacement very quickly and as soon as I set it up it started working again. Excellent service and reasonable price.

The weather has been too bad to dismantle my station recently so this review is based on previous purchase which worked perfectly until Storm Ciara whipped the cover off and allowed rain into the unit. (The cover eventually reappeared some ,100 yards away three weeks later!).

Does what it says and as a replacement for my defunct transmitter it has given my system new life. Looking forward to many more years of service.

Weather station back to life.

My weather station started to eat batteries, with a new set in the outside unit lasting only a few days. I was browsing for a replacement when I came upon Greenfrog who were able to supply a new battery/transmitter unit. All well again now.

I have had a WS1093 for four years and ordered a replacement transmitter rather than buy a new weather station.
I am very pleased to say it works perfectly, the advice and service was brilliant.

Transmitter works perfectly in sending weather data to Aercus Base station WS 1093.
